Twitter Status
Let's face it, Twitter matters. I refused to participate in the twit-olution for a while, but realized it drives real traffic to your website. However having one more thing to do for each article post is not what I was looking for. In search of an easier way to incorporate Twitter into this site, I found the Twitter Status plugin. This plugin will automatically update your Twitter account with a new status including the article title and URL when you publish a new article. Check it out.

RokSlideshow is a great option for effortlessly displaying your images. There are 4 transition effect options including a Ken Burns effect and crossfade (my favorite). This is another free, premium quality extension by RocketWerx. Check it out.

This theme is another conversion from a free Wordpress theme developed by Smashing Magazine and Deltatech. It comes with 9 modules positions and a right side navigation popular among many Wordpress themes. We're starting to see a lot more collaboration between the Wordpress and Joomla communities which is a nice change. Enjoy!

Imprezz template by Productive Dreams is a conversion from a Wordpress theme they created for the guys over at Smashing Magazine. The template is a 3 column design with a raised "3rd dimension" 2nd column. This is a simple technique but it give the template an advanced look and draws the eye to the navigation menu.

Kunena forum is the child of Fireboard Forum form the folks over at BestofJoomla.com. What's more, it only gets better with age. Kunena promises to outperform PHPbb and other similar forum options for Joomla by being made for joomla.
